Elf Make Up Haul And First Impressions.

Hello everyone! I got an email the other day from Elf (Eyes Lips Face)which is an affordable make up brand with is sold in stores in America but they have a British website which is were I ordered from. You can check out there website HERE!

So as I said I received an email from them saying that there was a 50% sale happening for the 10th birthday I think it was, so I was straight there looking for a bargin! Elf  already affordable brand so with and extra 50% off is amazing!
I have ordered from Elf in the past and have been impressed with the quality so I was excited to try out some new things!

Elf Studio Eyebrow Kit In Light- £3.95
With 50%- £1.97
I have want to try this kit out for ages since I heard Shaaanxo talk about it on her channel. I have tried it twice since I got it and I can say that it might just be my new obsession, I know that may sound slightly strange but it is honestly amazing; I never knew my brows could look so good. So far I would highly recommend this but I have only tried it twice so I will let you know how it goes.

Elf Tinted Moisturizer In The Shade Nude- £4.50
With 50% off- £2.25
I have really been in to using a lighter base recently instead of a foundation especially now its summer and I know feel like I need to try all the tinted moisturizers and BB creams out there. I tried this out this morning and I am pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect much from this product as when I squeezed some out of the tube it was very runny and I didn't expect it to do much, but it has coved up redness and a light bit of scaring. The main thing that has impressed me about this product is how natural it looks,  it looks like I just have naturally healthy glowy skin and I LOVE that!If you have oil skin i would say it might be a bit to glowly as i did have to power my face quite a bit and i have normal to dry skin!

Elf Professional Defining Eye Brush- £1.95
with 50% off - 97p
Elf Flawless Concealer Brush- £3.95
with 50% off - £1.79

I have has a few of Elfs brushes in the past and find them quite useful so I though I would pick up another two. The first one is the defining brush, this is brush is ok but the bristles are quite ruff but as I only paid 97p for it I am not to bothered as I will still probably use it from time to time!
Then I got one of the studio brushes that is a lot better quality and a lot softer. I originally bought this to be a eye shadow blending brush as it looked a lot smaller on the internet but when it came it is slightly to big so I have been using it for concealer which is what its means for and i am very impressed. I usually use my finger but this works so much better and for the price you cant go wrong!

Elf 32 Piece Eyeshadow Palette- £6.95
with 50% off- £3.47
This is what I was most excited for! When i saw it on the website I think I have a small eye shadow heard attack, It is a neutral pallet (also comes in different colours) with 32 different colours of mattes and shimmers. It has every colour that I need all in one! I dint know how good these shadows would be as they were pretty cheap but they are actually not bad. They are by no means the most pigmented eye shadows out there but for the price they are really good, as you can see by my swatches! But they are hit and miss some of the colours are more pigmented than the other but they are still pretty good. The packaging is also very sturdy and sleek looking. I am very happy with this purchase and will try more of there eye shadows in the future!

Elf Matte Lip Colour- £3.95
with 50% off £1.79
Stupidly I though this was a lip liner when i was buying it... I know stupid. But still you can never have to many matte red lipsticks! I haven't wore this yet but from the swatch on my hand it is quite creams for a matte lipstick and doesn't seem to drying, it is also a lovely shade of red which i think will suit many skin tones. I will keep you posted with what I think!
